Material Planning & BOQ
Prepare material take-offs, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and procurement plans to ensure efficient project execution.
Step 04
Fabrication & Pre-Assembly
Fabricate MS structures and prepare pipeline spools with precision to ensure smooth installation at the project site.
Step 05
Site Installation & Erection
Carry out structural, roofing, piping, and equipment installation in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
Step 06
Welding, Jointing & Alignment
Perform quality welding, grooved joints, flange connections, and accurate alignment for reliable system performance.
Step 07
Testing & Commissioning
Conduct hydro testing, pressure testing, chiller pipeline testing, and fire-fighting system commissioning to verify operational performance.
Step 08
Final Inspection & Handover
Complete final inspections, rectify observations, and hand over the completed project after client approval.
Step 09
Measurement & Billing
Prepare BOQ-based measurements, work completion reports, final documentation, and invoice submission for project closure.
